Our purpose is to do good business with good people to achieve great results.

Meet our Team

Legacy Group was founded on a simple idea: do great work, build strong relationships, and take care of your people. Now in our 26th year, we remain focused on being the most responsive, service-oriented company in our industry.

Flooring isn’t just what we do - it’s what we stand on. It’s the foundation of every space and the surface that carries people through their work, ideas, and everyday moments. Our expertise, craftsmanship, and deep product knowledge allow us to deliver exceptional results for our partners across Puget Sound and beyond.

Our culture is anchored in what we call our Paddler’s Guide - the core values that guide how we lead, collaborate, and grow. We believe in ownership, accountability, teamwork, and enjoying the journey along the way. We shine a light on our associates, helping them grow as individuals while strengthening the company as a whole.

To be part of Legacy Group means rowing in the same direction - aligned in our values, invested in each other’s success, and dedicated to making a lasting impact in our community.

Decidedly Flooring. The future firmly underfoot.
